General question regarding booking process and pricing are welcomed!
Non Refundable Booking Consult: $15 (More in depth conversation regarding shoot planning idea planning location scoping etc) The amount will go towards the total priced when/if booked.
You only get 1 free reschedule per booking and it has to be atleast 72 hours in advance or it will not qualify for a free reschedule and will be $35 any following reschedules after the first will be $40 per reschedule. If cannot be paid at the time of rescheduling appointment will be cancelled.
Once you reschedule twice your shoot total is no longer refundable
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, A behind the scenes video will be made during shoot.
You are allowed to bring up to 2 guest that aren’t shooting, anything over 2 guest has to be approved and paid for prior to the shoot due to lots of guest being a distraction. If extra guests are brought without permission or payment you will be required to pay $10 per guest outside of an approved guest, prior to receiving photos.

Shoots come with 1 outfit and 1 backdrop unless stated otherwise, to add more is an additional price
Pictures are digitally enhanced and edited on the same background any additional digital enchantments to the photos such as backgrounds, photo inspiration etc cost extra
photos in quantity of order of the best quality will be selected by photographer edited and sent back
SHOOTS DO NOT COME WITH HARD EDITS SUCH AS DIGITAL BACKGROUNDS DIGITAL ADD ONS AND DIGITAL REMOVALS. They can be added on for $10 PER PHOTO CAN VARY BASED ON ADD ON
All 1 hour shoots come with 1 outfit, you can add an outfit change for $25
If sessions total price is over $300 retainer fee is based on shoot price
At least 5 photos from the shoot will be posted, if requesting to not be posted it will be an additional $20 due to us being a small business and needing to post for marketing and customer advertisement
In the case of snow, severe weather advisory, ice shoots will be rescheduled

YOUR REMAINING BALANCE DUE DATE AND SHOOT
INFORMATION WILL BE ON YOUR INVOICE, YOU HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE DUE DATE TO MAKE YOUR REMAINING PAYMENT. IF NOT PAID WITHIN THE TIME FRAME IT WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR SHOOT AND FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT
IN ACT OF A CANCELLATION UNDER A 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A NEW DEPOSIT AND BOOKING REQUEST IN ORDER TO BOOK ANOTHER SESSION.
IN ACT OF ME CANCELLING YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WITH 2-7
DAYS. IF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING IS DONE BY YOU, IT WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
IF YOU CHOOSE AN OUTDOOR LOCATION AND WEATHER IS BAD (RAIN, ICE, SNOW, STORM ETC) YOU CAN RESCHEDULE ONCE, HOWEVER IT MAY NOT BE THE SAME DAY.
RECONFIRMATION OF YOUR SHOOT WILL BE SENT OUT THE WEEK OF YOUR SHOOT WITHIN 3 DAYS PRIOR. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO RESPOND OR YOUR SHOOT WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND.
IF YOU AND/OR YOUR ADDITIONAL APPROVED GUEST DAMAGE OR RUIN ANYTHING IN THE STUDIO (BACKDROP, TABLES, CHAIRS, LIGHTS, ETC.) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES BEFORE YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR PHOTOS BACK.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING OR ASKING FOR PHOTO CONCEPTS
PRIOR TO THE SHOOT TO SEE IF THEY ARE ACHIEVABLE AND ALIGNED WITH YOUR BOOKING.
PHOTO TURN AROUND IS WITHIN 7-10 DAYS
YOU CAN REQUEST 3-4 DAY EDITING AND MORE PHOTOS BACK (WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $35 OR 1-2 DAY EDITING FOR $50 ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING)
IF YOU BOOK 2 WEEKS OR LESS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE OF $35
WE DO RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP AND HAIR STYLIST FOR SHOOTS (NOT REQUIRED). IT WILL ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE BEST RESULTS FOR YOUR PHOTOS.
